I was kind of in a rush, but I found what I needed fast. The filters made it easy to narrow things down, and checkout was straightforward. The site worked fine on my phone too, with no annoying popups or weird extra steps slowing me down.

I ordered a few things from illumn, and one item ended up needing to go back. the return process wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be. I had to poke around a bit to figure out what to do, which was annoying because I was already trying to get it handled before heading out to pick up groceries. Support did respond, so it’s not like I was totally ignored, but it felt slow and I had to follow up to keep things moving. The refund also took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience or anything, but returns and refunds could definitely be smoother. Just kind of frustrating overall

Batteries showed up fine and they seem solid so far. One of the boxes was a little bent up, but nothing major tbh. No complaints from me.
